The Nineapple Pineapple Show was about children and People With Disability in Queensland producing stories for a fundraising movie during The Nineties and The Noughties.
From the story of "Nineapple Pineapple and The Bad Threes" came The Big Pineapple Movie "Day For Daniel" about a disabled pineapple breaking through the barriers to produce a movie for children affected by Alienation, Adoption and Abduction. There was strong emphasis on empowering the disempowered to follow their dreams.
The Big Pineapple Movie provided a mathematic and symbolic solution to help deal with the disappearance of Daniel Morcombe, as a prelude to working on the real problem. The movie was intended as an everlasting movie that could be constantly remade, providing opportunities for the lives of missing children to carry on in a movie.
